  8. Discussion and necessary action on the Davidson Road Bridge bid.
  9. Discussion and possible action concerning Heatherview Ditch bid.
  10. Discussion and necessary action regarding the Brook Park Pond soil tests.
  11. Discussion and necessary action regarding the Kmart Detention Basin Study by the Town Engineer.
  12. Discuss with possible action GAS proposal for 2001 Road Program Evaluation.

  14. Discussion and necessary action regarding rescheduling the September 19, 2000 Town Board meeting.
  15. Discussion and necessary action regarding the Invoice for the Hazardous Material Incident on April 11, 2000.

  19. Administrator=s report.
  20. Correspondence.
  21. Vouchers.
  22. Discussion only of items that need the attention of the members of the Board.
  23. Adjourn into CLOSED SESSION, according to Section 19.85(1)(c) Wisconsin Statutes to consider renewal of the Town Administrator’s contract and Section 19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin Statutes for deliberation of Police and Fire Commission decisions regarding Fire Department grievances.
  24. Adjourn into OPEN SESSION, according to Section 19.85(2) Wisconsin Statutes for any necessary action resulting from the Closed Session and to adjourn the meeting.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2000 the Town Hall will be Closed in observation of Labor Day.
