4. SD-0800-003 Thomas Stachowiak/ Children’s Learning Center for a recommendation for conceptual, preliminary and final approval of a 10,000 square foot redevelopment at 21005 Gumina Road
5. RE-0900-002McDonald’s Corporation for approval of a revised palette of materials for the exterior building finishes for the McDonald’s Restaurant at 18695 West Bluemound Road.
6. P-0900-003 Wayne Gasek for a recommendation to Waukesha County for approval of an amendment of the Zoning Map of the Waukesha County Shoreland and Floodland Protection Ordinance from R-2 Residential to R-3 Residential and a recommendation for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for the development of a duplex on a site on Brookfield Road north of Deer Creek.
