SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
The purpose of the meeting is to authorize the Town Board to expend not
more than four million dollars ($4,000,000.00) for the building project.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2000 6:00 P.M.
STAFF MEETING (TOWN BOARD AND DEPARTMENT HEADS)
Exchange of information and ideas between the Board and
Departments.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2000 7:00 P.M.
TOWN BOARD
AGENDA:
- Meeting notice verification.
- Minutes.
- Public comment as it relates to agenda and non-agenda items.
- Discussion and necessary action needed from the Special Town Meeting.
- Discussion and necessary action regarding the proposal for Civil Engineering Services
for a topographic and boundary survey for the Town Hall renovations.
- Discuss with necessary action amending Salary Ordinance regarding Personnel Committee
recommendation for starting wage and wage scale for Deputy Clerk/Admin. Assistant and the
Assessor-Inspection Tech/Admin Assistant
- Discussion and necessary action regarding the request from Gerald Wuhrman for vacating a
portion of Briar Ridge Drive.
- Set date for public hearing for the re-zoning of land west of Brookside Chevrolet at
20445 West Capitol Drive, from T-1 and C-1 to B-2 and C-1.
- Set date for public hearing for the re-zoning of 27 acres of land north of Gumina Road
from A-1 to M-1.
- Plan Commission recommendations
- Final approval of an 1100 square foot addition at 180 Kossow Road.
- Conceptual approval of a 10,000 square foot redevelopment at 21005 Gumina Road
- Request for a refund from Stacy Regynski for a cancelled bartender license.
- Bartender licenses.
- Building Inspector=s report.
- Clerks report.
- Administrator=s report.
- Correspondence.
- Vouchers.
- Discussion only of items that need the attention of the members of the Board.
- Adjourn into CLOSED SESSION, according to Section 19.85 (1)(g) Wisconsin
Statutes for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel regarding possible threatening
litigation and Section 19.85(1)(c) Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of reviewing the
ordinance, performance evaluation and contract of the Town Administrator.
- Adjourn into OPEN SESSION, according to Section 19.85(2) Wisconsin
Statutes for any necessary action resulting from the Closed Session and to adjourn the
meeting.
