  5. Discussion and necessary action regarding Payment No. 1 for the Davidson Road Storm Sewer Project.
  6. Request from Expression Custom Furniture at 18000 W. Bluemound Road for an extension to the Going Out of Business license.
  7. Discussion with possible action DNR Grant Proposal for Barry property purchase.
  8. Discussion and necessary action regarding Medicare Provider Agreement.
  9. Discussion and necessary action regarding payment for Special Voting Deputies to conduct absentee voting.
  10. Reschedule the November 7, 2000 Town Board meeting due to General Election.
  11. Schedule dates for Budget workshops.
  12. Bartender licenses.
  13. Building Inspector=s report.
  14. Clerk’s report.
  15. Administrator=s report.
  16. Correspondence.
  17. Vouchers.
  18. Discussion only of items that need the attention of the members of the Board.
  19. Adjourn into CLOSED SESSION according to Section 19.85(1)(c) Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of reviewing the Town Administrator’s performance evaluation and contract and Section 19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of police department and fire department union contract negotiations.
  20. Adjourn into OPEN SESSION, according to Section 19.85(2) Wisconsin Statutes, for any necessary action resulting from the Closed Session and to adjourn the meeting.

The regular meeting of the ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2000 at 8:00am in Eric Gnant Room of the Town Hall, 645 North Janacek Road, Brookfield, Wisconsin.

  4. SD-0800-003Thomas Stachowiak/ Children’s Learning Center for a recommendation for conceptual, preliminary and final approval of a 10,000 square foot redevelopment at 21005 Gumina Road.
