BOARD AND PLAN COMMISSION

To consider a request of Mohns Inc/Ben Mohns representing Brookside Chevrolet and James R. Eilman to rezone, from T-1 and C-1, Transitional District and Conservancy District to B-2 and C-1, Limited General Business District and Conservancy District the property described in Tax Key BKFT 1033-991.

  1. Meeting notice verification.
  2. Minutes.
  3. Public comment as it relates to agenda and non-agenda items.
  4. Discussion and necessary action regarding adopting a Resolution for Urban Forestry Grant Program.
  5. Update discussion with possible action on the Davidson Road Bridge project.
  6. Discuss, with possible action review of Town Buildings construction and renovation drawings and update on contracts and project schedule.
  7. Discuss, with possible action adopting a Resolution Accepting Donation for Purchase of Barry Property.
  8. Discuss, with possible action an Ordinance reducing the Speed Limit on Brookfield Road from Bluemound Road to Black Forest Drive.
  9. Discussion and necessary action regarding a Resolution accepting any and all past reservations for road purposes up to this date and time.
  10. Discussion and necessary action regarding bid for the fire truck.
  11. Discuss, with possible action an Ordinance Establishing Beautification & Tree Board.
  12. Discuss, with possible action, modification of Grant Application for purchase of Barry property.
  13. Discussion and necessary action regarding Payment No 1 for Parts America Storm Inlet Project.
  14. Discuss, with possible action reserving a table for Town at Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner in November.
  15. Discussion and necessary action regarding releasing Surety Performance Bond for Homestead Village.
  16. Discussion and necessary action regarding releasing the Cash Performance Bond for F. J. Marek.
  17. Discussion and necessary action regarding amending Ordinance 7.06(2)(b) Miscellaneous No Parking Zones to include Woelfel Road N/S between USH18 and Wisconsin Avenue.
  18. Affirm the Town Clerk’s appointment of Deputy Clerk.
  19. Affirm the Town Clerk’s appointment of Special Election Deputy.
  20. Plan Commission Recommendations:

    21. a. SD-1000-000 Richard Steldt for a recommendation for conceptual and final approval of a 2,300 square foot indoor pool addition at Baymount Inns & Suites, 20391 W. Bluemound Road.
