  1. Meeting notice verification.

  3. Public comment as it relates to agenda and non-agenda items.
  4. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Ehlers and Associates Inc to solicit competitive proposals not to exceed $4,000,000.00 General Obligation Promissory Notes.
  5. Discussion and necessary action regarding the Town Board calling a Special Town Meeting for the purpose of authorizing the Town Board to select assessor by appointment pursuant to 60.307 Wis Stats. and establish compensation according to Section 60.32(4) Wisconsin Statutes.
  6. Discussion and necessary action concerning Special Assessment for a revised grading plan and installation of additional fill at the Heatherview Ditch Project.
  7. Discuss, with possible action, DPW Director’s request to reconsider status of new full time laborer position in 2001 budget.
  8. Appointment of members to the SMPIC.
  9. Discuss with possible action regarding Trunked Radio Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Equipment Note and ancillary costs of optional hardware items.
  10. Discuss with possible action the I-94 Interchange study and alternatives

  12. Discussion and necessary action regarding increasing the fee charged for Property Status letters beginning January 1, 2001.
  13. Discussion and necessary action regarding Marriott’s request for acceptance of special filing of Room Tax for Calendar Year 2001.
  14. Approve Christmas gifts for Town employees
  15. Bartender licenses.
  16. Clerk’s report.
  17. Administrator=s report.
  18. Correspondence.
  19. Vouchers.
  20. Discussion only of items that need the attention of the members of the Board.
