Association for of cots in year 2001.
- Discuss with possible action appointment of member to SMPIC.
- Discussion and necessary action concerning additional fill at the Heatherview Ditch
Project.
- Discuss, with possible action:
- Contracts for Architect and General Contractor providing services for Town Building
construction/renovation project.
- Town Building project budget.
- Update on Building Plans.
- Discussion and necessary action regarding planning on the Town Park Land.
- Discussion and necessary action regarding a Holding Tank Agreement for 21005 Gumina
Road.
- Discuss with possible action the I-94 Interchange study and alternatives.
- Discussion and necessary action regarding the Ayres Associates bid for an agreement to
prepare the real estate cost estimate.
- Discuss and approval of the Joint Powers Agreement County 911 Emergency System.
- Discussion and necessary action regarding Police Dispatch and Fire Dispatch contract
with Waukesha County Sheriffs Department.
- Bartender licenses.
- Building Inspector=s report.
- Clerks report.
- Administrator=s report.
- Correspondence.
- Vouchers.
- Discussion only of items that need the attention of the members of the Board.
- Adjourn into CLOSED SESSION according to Section 19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin
Statutes for the purpose of police department and fire department labor contract
negotiations.
- Adjourn into OPEN SESSION, according to Section 19.85(2) Wisconsin
Statutes, for any necessary action resulting from the Closed Session and to adjourn the
meeting.
