AGENDA:

1. Meeting notice verification.
2. Minutes.
3. Public comment as it relates to agenda and non-agenda items.
4. Discuss, with possible action update on Town building construction and renovation project.
5. Discussion with possible action the future location of the Court Clerk office.
6. Discuss, with possible action use of surplus police vehicle for use by Town administrative staff for official business.
7. Discussion and necessary action regarding 2001 Pavement and Roadside Drainage Maintenance Program.
8. Discuss, with possible action, Vineyard Christian Fellowship request of refund of $300.00 filing fee for Conditional Use Permit.
9. Discuss, with possible action, concept of Administrative Policy authorizing staff to refund fees under certain circumstances with referring request to Town Board.
10. Discuss, with possible action requesting Town Attorney to prepare an opinion regarding the legal authority of Town on requiring remedial action on Kmart/Postillion Detention basin of private and public entities within and without the Towns Municipal jurisdiction.
11. Plan Commission recommendation:
a. William Boutwell/ Big K-Mart for a recommendation to the Town Board for approval of a revised Plan of Operation concerning the outdoor seasonal display of garden materials at 18200 West Bluemound Road.
12. Discuss, with possible action resolution determining health insurance out-of-pocket reimbursements to employees.
13. Picnic Permit for Marx Park on June 9, 2001 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
14. Discussion and necessary action regarding Humane Animal Services and survey.
15. Bartender licenses.
16. Building Inspector's report.
17. Clerks report.
18. Administrator's report.
19. Correspondence.
20. Vouchers.
21. Discussion only of items that need the attention of the members of the Board.
22. Adjourn into CLOSED SESSION, according to Section 19.85(1)(c) Wisconsin Statutes to discuss employee performance evaluations.
23. Adjourn into OPEN SESSION, according to Section 19.85(2) Wisconsin Statutes for any necessary action resulting from the Closed Session and to adjourn the meeting.
