4. CU-0301-001 Richard Connor (Riley & Assoc.) / UNIsite Inc. for a recommendation to the Town Board to set a date for a Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for a wireless communications tower proposed at 1480 North Springdale Road.
5. SD-1200-001 Town of Brookfield for a recommendation for conceptual and preliminary approval of a 12,000 square foot addition to the Town Hall, and 16,000 square foot Highway Department garage.
6. P-0301-001 Building Inspector Gary Lake for corroboration of an interpretation concerning an application for a Special Occupancy Permit for a farmers market at Eble Park.
7. P-0301-002 Building Inspector Gary Lake for corroboration of an interpretation concerning an application for a Building Permit for an in-law suite at 18501 Follett Drive.
