TUESDAY, MARCH 27, 2001 1:30 P.M. PUBLIC TEST OF THE OPTECH III-P VOTING EQUIPMENT

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28, 2001 7:00 P.M. BOARD OF APPEALS

AGENDA:

1. A request from Richard Connor Riley & Associates, representing UNIsite Inc. a Delaware Corporation, for a variance to Section 17.07(2)(d) of the Town Code regarding height for a communication tower on the parcel located on Springdale Road, Tax Key Number BKFT 1083 998.
2. The request from Bauer Sign Co for an appeal to determine whether the order is consistent with the authority granted by Section 14.08 of the Town Code regarding the sign at the Olive Garden Restaurant, 18180 W. Bluemound Road.
3. The members may adjourn into CLOSED SESSION, according to Section 19.85(1)(a) Wisconsin Statutes to deliberate their decision.
4. Adjourn into OPEN SESSION, according to Section 19.85(2) Wisconsin Statutes for any necessary action resulting from the Closed Session and to adjourn the meeting.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28, 2001 6:30 P.M. POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION

AGENDA:

1. Confirmation of meeting notice.
2. Receive evidence and testimony regarding the dismissal of Heavy Equipment Operator Mary Engel.
3. Adjourn into CLOSED SESSION, according to Section 19.85(1)(a) Wisconsin Statutes to deliberate the evidence received.
4. Adjourn into OPEN SESSION, according to Section 19.85(2) Wisconsin Statutes for any necessary action resulting from the Closed Session and to adjourn the meeting.
