TOWN OF BROOKFIELD FIRE DEPARTMENT FIRE PREVENTION The Town of Brookfield Fire Department Joins the Nationwide Movement "Red Shirt Fridays
	The Town of Brookfield Fire Department (TBFD) joins the nationwide movement "Red Shirt Friday" in a an effort to show solidarity in support of por U.S. soldiers. Every Friday, members of the TBFD have the option to wear a traditional TBFD t-shirt, which the depatment's logo on the front and "Fire & Rescue" on the back, inred. The shirts will be worn every Friday indefinitely and until all the troops return home. The shirts are also being sold to the public for $15 each at the fire station (during business hours). Net proceeds will go to the "Home for Our Troops" nonprofit Organization. The special t-shirts come in sizes S-XXXXL and cash or checks are accepted. Homes for Our Troops is a non-profit, non-partisan, 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2004.
