Town of Brookfield, Wisconsin

Cookie Recipe

Since Keith has been Town Chariman he has baked  cookies for the Annual Meeting in April and the Budget Meeting in November.  Keith tells the story about a meeting that he was at in the City of Brookfield.  After many years of being asked what the difference was between the City and Town of Brookfield, Keith had been unable to come up with a definitive answer for anyone.  At this meeting, a reporter had the difference summed up.  Keith was excited about a solution to this dilemma so he quickly asked what the difference truly was.

The reporter stated, "In the Town of Brookfield, the cookies are homemade; but in the City they're store bought!"

At least one living person describes the cookies as great. Give them a try.
